If you would like to participate as a panelist, or speaker at Steamcon IV, please send a detailed description of what you would like to do, along with a list of your credentials to programming@steamcon.org.  Please be aware that we endeavor to bring a high quality and unique experience to each year of Steamcon, so not all ideas will be suitable for our needs.
